Strategy Buys $370 Million in Bitcoin, Raises Holdings to 845,050 BTC

Strategy, a company led by Michael Saylor, has increased its Bitcoin holdings by purchasing an additional 4,603 BTC for $370 million last week. This brings their total Bitcoin holdings to 845,050 BTC.

The company also repurchased $152 million of STRC preferred stock during the same period, which brought their net leverage to 0.0%. Saylor stated that this move further strengthened STRC's financial structure.

In addition to the Bitcoin purchase, Strategy increased its dollar reserves by $29 million last week. The company now holds $6.71 billion in dollar assets, including $5.1 billion in dollar reserves and $1.61 billion in cash.
