Strategy Buys 4,603 BTC for $370 Million
Strategy, an exchange-traded fund (ETF) that holds Bitcoin (BTC), has made its largest purchase of BTC in two months. The company acquired 4,603 BTC between August 24 and August 30 for $370 million.
The average price per BTC was $83,180.
This purchase increases Strategy's total holding of BTC to 84,5050 as of August 30.
Strategy also sold approximately 45.32 million MSTR shares (Class A common stock) through an ATM program between August 24 and August 30, raising $62.8 million in cash.
