Strategy Buys 4,603 More Bitcoins for $370 Million
Strategy, a corporate treasury giant and parent of the Nasdaq-listed company MSTR, has resumed its active Bitcoin accumulation phase. The firm acquired 4,603 BTC for $370 million in net proceeds from a recent stock offering, which it used to fund both digital asset purchases and preferred-stock buybacks.
The acquisition brings Strategy's total holdings to 845,050 BTC, with a cumulative cost basis of approximately $63.73 billion and an average cost per coin of $75,412. This marks a notable strategic execution by the company, balancing aggressive Bitcoin accumulation with targeted capital management and liquidity expansion.

The firm still retains substantial safety buffers under its capital authorization programs, with $364.8 million remaining available for preferred-stock repurchases and $1.0 billion for MSTR share repurchases.
