Strategy Buys Back into Bitcoin with $370M Purchase
Strategy, a Bitcoin treasury company, has made its first purchase of Bitcoin in around two months, buying 4,603 BTC for $369.7 million between August 24 and 30.
The company funded this buy by selling 4,531,421 MSTR shares through its at-the-market programme, raising $602.8 million net of commissions.
Strategy has increased its USD Cash holdings by $29 million and repurchased $152 million worth of STRC shares during the same week.
The company's Bitcoin holdings now stand at 845,050 BTC, bought for a total of $63.73 billion at an average price of $75,412 per coin.
