Strategy has paused its Bitcoin sales for the week through August 16, opting to sell $333.7 million in MSTR stock instead.

The company sold 3,458,866 MSTR shares at an average price of about $96.48 per share, below last week's average price of $99.17.

The proceeds were divided among three uses: STRC preferred dividends ($52.4 million), STRC share buybacks ($132.2 million), and adding to the dollar reserve ($149.1 million).

This pause follows three consecutive weeks of Bitcoin sales under Strategy's capital framework, with a total of 6,948 BTC sold since May for about $432.5 million.
