Strategy Drops $369.7M on 4,603 Bitcoin, Boosts Holdings to 845,050

Strategy, an investment company, has made a significant move in its portfolio by purchasing 4,603 Bitcoin for $369.7 million between August 24 and 30. This purchase brings their total holdings to 845,050 BTC.

The funds for this acquisition were generated from the sale of 4.53 million shares of Strategy's common stock, yielding $602.8 million in net proceeds. Additionally, the company repurchased $151.8 million worth of preferred shares (STRC) and increased its unrestricted cash by $30 million.

Strategy's total holding value exceeds the purchase price by approximately $2.2 billion, with the current market value of their Bitcoin holdings standing at around $65.9 billion.
