Strategy Inc., a tech company, has made significant changes to its financial metric and financing structure in response to the decline of its stock price relative to Bitcoin's performance. The CEO announced an overhaul of the corporation's key financial indicator, known as mNAV, which now accounts for all securities senior to MSTR, distinguishes ITM and OTM converts, and establishes a 1.0x threshold for accretive MSTR issuance.

The company has also established a $1.4 billion cash reserve fund to meet dividend and interest payments, which is intended to avoid selling Bitcoin holdings during cryptocurrency market downturns. This move aims to offer reassurance to holders of convertible bonds and equity issued by the organization.

Strategy Inc.'s annual financial forecasts have been updated from a previous estimate of $24 billion in profit announced in October. The new operating range projects results ranging from a net loss of $5.5 billion to a profit of $6.3 billion, reflecting daily balance sheet fluctuations with greater immediacy.
