Strategy Inc., the largest corporate holder of Bitcoin by a significant margin, has witnessed its Bitcoin holdings go from an unrealized loss of $9.5 billion to a $4.7 billion profit in less than a week. This drastic shift occurred due to Bitcoin's price rally, which climbed as high as $81,000, exceeding Strategy's cost basis.

Strategy's entire treasury consists of Bitcoin, paid for via convertible debt and preferred stock offerings. Executive Chairman Michael Saylor has consistently stated that the company will not sell its Bitcoin, a stance he reversed four times in the past 60 days.

The company's position turned positive when Bitcoin crossed back above Strategy's average acquisition cost of $75,385 per coin for the first time in months. Just a week earlier, with Bitcoin trading at around $60,000, the same position was underwater by approximately $9.5 billion.
