Strategy-linked Bitcoin wallets executed a series of five transactions on Wednesday, transferring 1,030.257 BTC worth approximately $64.136 million to various addresses.

The transfers consolidate into one receiving address, with two separate transactions combining 316.295 BTC into a single wallet.

This activity follows the company's recent sale of 1,638 BTC for $104.7 million between July 27 and August 2 to cover preferred-stock dividends and partially fund its STRC share buyback program.

Strategy's total Bitcoin balance now stands at 842,138 BTC, according to SEC regulatory filings.
