Strategy Inc., led by executive chairman Michael Saylor, has ended a ten-week pause in its Bitcoin purchases. The company bought 4,603 Bitcoins for approximately $369.7 million between August 24 and 30, at an average price of $80,318 per coin.

This purchase brings Strategy's total holdings to 845,050 Bitcoins, making it the largest holder among public companies. The last time Strategy made a Bitcoin purchase was in June 2026, when it bought 520 coins for around $35 million.

The company funded this purchase by selling 4,531,421 MSTR shares through its at-the-market equity programme, which dilutes existing shareholders' ownership stakes. This is not the first time Strategy has used such a programme to raise funds; the same proceeds also covered dividend payments on STRC preferred stock and a share repurchase.

The company's renewed buying follows a public signal from Saylor, who posted 'We're Back' on social media ahead of the purchase. This move was consistent with how Strategy has previously previewed purchases.
