Strategy Resumes Bitcoin Purchases with $370M Acquisition

Strategy has resumed its bitcoin purchasing program after a two-month pause, acquiring 4,603 BTC for $369.7 million at an average price of $80,318 per coin.

The purchase was funded by selling $602.8 million worth of common stock and using $369.7 million of the proceeds to buy the BTC.

Strategy's total bitcoin holdings now stand at 845,050 BTC, with a total acquisition cost of approximately $63.73 billion and an average purchase price of roughly $75,412 per BTC.

The company's buying decision has been met with interest, with some seeing it as a vote of long-term conviction in bitcoin.
