Strategy, Michael Saylor's Bitcoin treasury company, has sold 1,638 BTC for approximately $105 million in an effort to fund dividend payments on its preferred stock classes. This includes STRC, which is trading below par, and to repurchase STRC preferred shares.

The sale of BTC at an average price of around $64,000 per coin sits materially below Strategy's all-in acquisition cost of $75,419. Despite the sale, Strategy remains one of the largest corporate holders of Bitcoin globally, with a total portfolio worth billions.

Strategy increased its USD Reserve by $250M and repurchased $81M of STRC. This has tightened STRC's BTC Credit by 5 bps and increased USD Duration to 2.3 years.
