Strategy, led by its co-founder and executive chairman Michael Saylor, has made its largest corporate Bitcoin purchase since mid-June. The company acquired 4,603 BTC for $370 million at an average price of $80,318.

This marks the first acquisition from the largest corporate Bitcoin holder in two months, after a lull in purchases that followed a $100 million deal in June. Strategy's holdings now total 845,050 BTC, acquired for a combined $63.3 billion at an average price of $75,413.

The company funded this latest purchase with the net proceeds from a 602 million MSTR common stock sale. It allocated $30 million to increase its USD Cash reserve and $151.8 million to repurchase STRC preferred stock.
