Strategy Snaps Up 4,603 Bitcoin in Fresh Buying Spree

Strategy, led by Michael Saylor, has resumed buying Bitcoin and acquired 4,603 BTC between August 24 and 30. This new transaction moved approximately US$ 369.7 million, with an average price of US$ 80,318 per Bitcoin.

The company's total Bitcoin reserve now stands at 845,050 BTC. At current prices above US$ 78,000, this reserve is valued at around US$ 66.1 billion.

Strategy used shares to finance the purchase mainly through the sale of its Class A common shares traded under the ticker MSTR. In the previous week, the company sold 4,531,421 MSTR shares for approximately US$ 602.8 million, with US$ 369.7 million allocated to the Bitcoin purchase.

Michael Saylor posted on X 'We are back,' indicating the resumption of Bitcoin purchases, and also mentioned 'paint the bears orange' before disclosing Strategy's new weekly acquisitions.
