Strategy Tokenizes Stock on Solana for Continuous Trading
Strategy Inc., formerly MicroStrategy, has tokenized its stock on the Solana blockchain. On July 28, 2026, the company launched a tokenized version of its shares through Backpack Securities via the Sunrise gateway.
The token represents one real underlying share and is fully redeemable. This is not a synthetic instrument or cash-settled tracker, but actual equity wrapped in a Solana token.
As a result, $MSTR now trades on Solana decentralized exchanges like Raydium and Jupiter around the clock, with instant settlement and zero fees on select swaps.
