Strategy USD Reserve Reaches All-Time High Amid Broad Capital-Management Push

Strategy's USD reserve has reached an all-time high of $4.65 billion after growing more than fivefold in just 2.5 months, according to CEO Phong Le.

The reserve increase coincides with a broader capital-management approach that includes equity issuance, preferred securities, and bitcoin monetization.

As part of this strategy, Strategy sold 1,690 BTC for $108.6 million on Aug. 3-9 and used the proceeds to repurchase 1,152,020 STRC shares.

The company's USD reserve has expanded from $871 million in late May to $4.65 billion, providing about 2.7 years of dividend and interest coverage.
