Strategy's Bitcoin Yield May Turn Negative Amid Rising USD Reserves

Peter Schiff, a well-known financial commentator, has made a prediction about Strategy's Bitcoin yield. According to him, it may turn negative this year due to rising USD reserves. This comes after Strategy decided to increase its USD reserve by $525 million to $3.75 billion, focusing on liquidity rather than buying more BTC.

Strategy currently holds 843,775 BTC and has repurchased $25 million of its preferred stock in an effort to balance liquidity with long-term Bitcoin investment. Schiff argues that if Strategy's yield advantage disappears, investors might prefer buying BTC directly to avoid extra corporate risk.
