Strategy's Unconfirmed 1,030 BTC Transfer Adds to Market Curiosity

Strategy's on-chain moves have once again piqued market interest. Between July 27 and August 2, Strategy sold 1,638 Bitcoin at an average price of $63,957 per coin, netting $104.73 million after fees.

The proceeds were used to pay preferred stock dividends and repurchase STRC preferred shares. Following the sale, Strategy disclosed it still holds 842,138 BTC with a total purchase cost of approximately $6.351 billion and an average cost of $75,419 per coin.

On August 5, on-chain analytics firm Lookonchain detected that a wallet associated with Strategy transferred 1,030 BTC valued at around $66.14 million. However, no company disclosure or SEC filing has confirmed this as a sale.
