STRC Shares Maintain 12% Dividend Payout Despite Trading Below Par Value

The price of STRC shares has increased by 5.42% since the beginning of July, but still remains significantly below their par value. CEO Phong Le reiterated the company's objective to trade at $99-$100 over time, without providing a specific timeline for achieving this goal.
Strategy has built a cash reserve of $3.75 billion to support preferred stock payouts following the launch of its Bitcoin treasury holdings monetization program. The company recently repurchased $25 million of its STRC preferred shares at a discount to par and plans to continue buying them while they trade below $100.
