Streamex Brings Digital Gold into Brokerage Accounts

Streamex Corp. (NASDAQ: STEX) is making digital gold more accessible to investors, and its latest move has brought its tokenized yield-bearing security $GLDY into regular brokerage accounts.

This means that accredited investors can now buy $GLDY through a trusted broker, just like any stock or bond, without needing to onboard with cryptocurrency or learn about blockchain technology.

$GLDY pays a yield of up to 3.5% per year, distributed monthly and paid in additional gold, generated by lending the underlying metal to commercial users such as jewelers, mints, and refiners.

Streamex's goal is to make digital commodities accessible to a global audience, and its plan includes opening up $GLDY to retail investors through decentralized exchanges like Jupiter, Meteora, and Orca. This will allow everyday buyers to trade the commodity from anywhere in the world via their mobile phone or laptop.
