Strive Acquires 469 Bitcoin, Boosting Treasury to 25,000 BTC

Strive, Inc., an asset-management and structured-finance firm based in Dallas, has acquired 469 Bitcoin at an average price of $77,954 per coin between September 8 and 11. This purchase lifted its corporate treasury to 25,000 BTC, according to a Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on September 14.

The total value of the acquisition is approximately $36.6 million, inclusive of fees and expenses. Strive's bitcoin holdings rose from 24,531 coins as of September 4 to 25,000 as of September 11, a net increase of 469. The company reports its bitcoin position in periodic SEC filings.

Strive has made bitcoin the benchmark for how it deploys capital. The firm manages more than $2.7 billion in assets through its SEC-registered subsidiary Strive Asset Management. By treating bitcoin as a reserve asset, Strive is joining a small but growing group of public companies building bitcoin treasuries.
