Strive Adds $109M in Bitcoin Through SATA Funding Push

Strive, a Dallas-based company, added $109 million in Bitcoin to its corporate treasury between August 31 and September 4. The company purchased an additional 1,375 BTC at an average cost of $79,281 per coin, bringing its total holdings to 24,531 BTC.

This purchase was made possible by the issuance of Strive's Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock (SATA), which provided approximately 70% of the capital raised during the week. The SATA shares outstanding increased by 921,511, bringing their total to nearly ten million shares on Friday.

Strive's Bitcoin holdings have grown significantly over the past two weeks, with a total value of approximately $1.95 billion at current market prices. This puts Strive in contention for second place among corporate Bitcoin holders, currently behind Twenty One Capital and ahead of Strategy.
