Strive has continued its aggressive Bitcoin acquisition strategy by purchasing an additional 1,375 BTC for approximately $109 million between August 31 and September 4. This brings their total corporate holdings to 24,531 BTC.

The company's average cost per BTC was $79,281, including fees and expenses. This is slightly lower than the previous purchase of 1,800 BTC in late August, where they paid an average of $79,431 per coin.

Strive's treasury grew by approximately 5.9% over the week, with its latest acquisition valued at around $95 million more than the earlier purchase. The company's Bitcoin holdings are now valued at approximately $1.95 billion, based on a market price of around $79,300 per BTC.

Chief Executive Matt Cole stated that approximately 70% of the capital raised during the week came from sales of Strive's SATA preferred stock. This security has no maturity date and carries a variable dividend calculated against its $100 stated amount.
