Strive Adds $143 Million in Bitcoin as Sector Buying Surges
Strive, an asset manager trading as ASST on the Nasdaq, has added another $143 million to its Bitcoin holdings. The firm purchased 1,800 BTC at an average price of $79,431 per coin, bringing its total holdings to 23,156 BTC valued at around $1.76 billion.
This is part of Strive's aggressive accumulation strategy, which began with a merger with Asset Entities earlier this year. The company has been steadily buying Bitcoin and raising capital to do so, joining other public companies that have adopted similar strategies.
The timing of the purchase aligns with renewed sector buying, as seen in Strategy's recent $370 million purchase and Bitmine's largest Ethereum buy since June. With Bitcoin trading around $78,600 on Monday, Strive's average purchase price sits just above current levels.
