Strive, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed asset manager co-founded by Vivek Ramaswamy, has made another significant Bitcoin acquisition. Between September 8 and 11, 2026, Strive bought 469 BTC at an average price of $77,954 per coin, bringing its total holdings to exactly 25,000 BTC.

The purchase cost around $36.6 million and was financed through the company's Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock, known as SATA. This financing method allows Strive to add to its Bitcoin treasury without diluting shareholders who own common shares.

Strive's CEO Matt Cole highlighted that the company's 'amplification ratio' now stands at 53.5%. This measures how much Bitcoin exposure shareholders get relative to the company's net asset value.
