Strive Bolsters Bitcoin Holdings with $81.5M Purchase
Nasdaq-listed Strive, a firm known for its corporate Bitcoin treasury program, has added 1,110 BTC to its holdings for approximately $81.5 million in the week of Aug. 17, Aug. 21.
This purchase brings the company's total Bitcoin holdings to 21,356 BTC and was made at an average cost of $73,409 per coin, including fees and expenses. This is below the current market price of around $79,000.
The firm also reported that its cash and cash equivalents increased by $17.1 million to $171.9 million during this period.
Strive's latest buying has strengthened its position among public corporate Bitcoin holders, moving it into the top tier tracked by BitcoinTreasuries.NET.
