Strive Boosts Bitcoin Holdings to 25,000 BTC with $36.6M Purchase

Strive has significantly increased its Bitcoin holdings after purchasing an additional 469 BTC for approximately $36.6 million between September 8 and 11.

The acquisition brought Strive's total Bitcoin holdings to 25,000 BTC, with the company confirming that 100% of the capital raised for the purchase came from SATA, its perpetual preferred stock.

According to a post by Chairman and CEO Matt Cole on X, the company bought the Bitcoin at an average cost of $77,954 per BTC, including fees.

This is not the first time Strive has used SATA financing for its Bitcoin purchases. The company previously purchased approximately 1,800 BTC for $143 million between August 24 and 28, with SATA providing most of the financing.
