Strive Buys $81.5 Million in Bitcoin Amid Treasury Strategy

Public asset manager Strive made two significant moves last week, purchasing $81.5 million worth of Bitcoin and issuing more shares to fund its treasury strategy.

The company bought 1,110 BTC at an average price of $73,409, increasing its total holdings from 20,246 BTC to 21,356 BTC.

Strive also issued 3.65 million common shares and 441,313 preferred shares of SATA during the same period.

The new shares had a minimal impact on Strive's Bitcoin per fully diluted share, which rose by only about 1.4%.
