Strive Buys $81.5M Worth of Bitcoin, Boosts Holdings to 21,356 BTC
Strive, a publicly listed company, has acquired a significant amount of Bitcoin in the past week. Between August 17th and 21st, the firm purchased 1,110 BTC for approximately $81.5 million, bringing its total holdings to 21,356 BTC.
The average purchase price was around $73,409 per coin, inclusive of fees and expenses. This represents a 5.5% increase from mid-August when Strive held 20,246 BTC.
This acquisition comes as corporate Bitcoin treasuries adjust their funding mixes while expanding reserves. Industry trackers indicate that Strive remains among the largest publicly listed corporate holders of Bitcoin, ranking seventh on the Bitcoin Treasuries list led by Strategy and Twenty One Capital.
