Strive Doubles Down on Bitcoin, Accumulating Over 1,375 BTC
Strive Inc., a company that started its public life through the acquisition of medical device firm Semler Scientific, has increased its Bitcoin holdings by 1,375 BTC. This purchase brings Strive's total holdings to 24,532 BTC.
The company's aggressive buying strategy has been consistent throughout 2026, with 29 disclosed purchases since going public. The average cost basis for these purchases is in the mid-$90,000s per BTC, resulting in significant unrealized gains at current price levels.
Strive now ranks as the fifth-largest publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holder, trailing only Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy), Twenty One Capital, Metaplanet, and MARA Holdings. The company's CEO, Matt Cole, has been explicit about its goal to maximize per-share Bitcoin exposure through an aggressive accumulation strategy.
Strive funds its purchases through a combination of common stock offerings and its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock, which trades under the ticker SATA. With 24,532 BTC now held, Strive's stash is worth north of $1.85 billion at recent Bitcoin prices.
