Strive, Inc., a publicly traded company listed on Nasdaq under the ticker ASST, has made another significant purchase of Bitcoin. The company added 1,110 BTC to its corporate treasury, increasing its total holdings to 21,356 BTC. This purchase, valued at approximately $85.4 million based on recent prices, is part of a larger buying spree by Strive.

The company's strategy involves raising capital through at-the-market sales of its common stock and the issuance of Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock, which trades under the ticker SATA. This preferred stock gives investors exposure to a Bitcoin-adjacent yield product without directly buying the common stock.

Strive's acquisition of Semler Scientific in January 2026 brought approximately 5,048 BTC onto its balance sheet. The company has reported cash reserves ranging from $144 million to $155 million, providing a buffer for operations and future purchases.
