Strive Doubles Down on Bitcoin with $143 Million Purchase
Strive Inc., a Nasdaq-listed company, has expanded its Bitcoin holdings by purchasing $143 million worth of BTC. This acquisition brings the total number of Bitcoins held by Strive to 23,156, ranking it as the seventh-largest corporate holder of Bitcoin. The company purchased 1,800 BTC at an average price of $79,431 per coin between August 24 and 28.
The acquisition was financed through an at-the-market stock issuance, which increased the number of Class A common shares from 72 million to 83.4 million. This move also led to a slight increase in Strive's cash position, reaching $183.5 million from $171.9 million previously.
This is not the first significant Bitcoin purchase made by Strive. The company had previously set a record for the largest single Bitcoin purchase through an acquisition of 5,816 BTC in September 2025. Another corporate entity, Strategy, has also been actively acquiring Bitcoins, purchasing 4,603 BTC valued at $370 million after a two-month hiatus.
