Strive Nears $1 Billion SATA Balance Milestone Amid Aggressive Bitcoin Accumulation
Strive, a company pursuing a Bitcoin treasury strategy, has increased its total holdings to 24,531 BTC after acquiring an additional 1,375 coins last week. The purchase price averaged $79,281 per coin, and at current market prices, the holdings are valued at approximately $1.9 billion.
The company's self-issued preferred stock SATA has a nominal balance of $999 million, putting it on the cusp of crossing the $1 billion threshold. According to CEO Matt Cole, '70% of the capital raised came from SATA perpetual preferred stock sales.'
Strive currently ranks third among public companies by Bitcoin holdings, trailing Tether-backed Twenty One Capital with approximately 43,500 BTC. The gap between Strive and Twenty One Capital is around 19,000 BTC.
