Strive Piles on 1,375 BTC Amid ASST Price Surge
Strive has significantly boosted its Bitcoin holdings by purchasing 1,375 BTC between August 31 and September 4, bringing its total treasury to 24,531 BTC.
This places Strive in fifth position among companies with the largest Bitcoin treasuries. The company spent approximately $109 million to acquire these coins at an average price of $79,281 per unit.
The acquisition was funded by sales of Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock (SATA), which raised a significant amount of capital for Strive.
CEO Matt Cole mentioned on social media platform X that 70% of the capital came from SATA, with $999 million in notional outstanding. This development has sparked interest, with Strategy founder Michael Saylor responding positively to Strive's Bitcoin bet.
