The allocation follows similar moves by Prevalon Energy, Anchorage Digital, and Oranjebtc, all of which have also invested in STRC. Strategy raised approximately $2.5 billion through an initial public offering of STRC preferred stock in July 2025.

STRC pays a floating dividend of currently 11.5%, and trades on Nasdaq at around $100, with a market capitalization of roughly $3.85 billion and daily trading volume of approximately $90.6 million.
