Strive Asset Management has acquired an additional 1,110 BTC for $81.5 million, according to its latest SEC filing.

The purchase price averaged $73,409 per Bitcoin, inclusive of fees and expenses, based on the company's disclosures.

This brings Strive's total Bitcoin holdings to 21,356 BTC, making it one of the largest publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holders, ranking seventh according to data from BitcoinTreasuries.NET.

Strive's CEO Matt Cole framed the company's broader thesis in terms of relative scarcity and how its share structure is intended to participate. He stated that 'the upside' is not only tied to Bitcoin moving higher but also to Bitcoin 'becoming the fastest horse inside an expanding scarcity trade,' adding that ASST is 'structured to amplify' that outcome while remaining 'responsibly' supported.
