Strive has expanded its Bitcoin holdings to reach 25,000 BTC after purchasing an additional 469 coins worth approximately $36.6 million at an average price of about $77,954 per coin.

The latest purchase was made between September 8 and September 11, increasing the company's total holdings from 24,531 BTC to exactly 25,000 BTC as of September 11, 2026.

The funds for this transaction were raised through Strive's Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock, also known as SATA, which has a nominal issuance value now above $1 billion. This structure allows the company to raise capital through preferred stock while expanding its Bitcoin holdings.

Cole, the Chief Executive, mentioned that the 'amplification ratio' has risen to 53.5%, tracking Bitcoin exposure available to common shareholders compared with net asset value.
