Strive's Bitcoin Holdings Soar Past $2.5B Market Cap
Strive, Inc., a Bitcoin treasury company, has reached an impressive milestone. Its stock price surged to approximately $27.70 per share, catapulting its market capitalization into the $2.5B to $3B range. This rapid growth has cemented Strive's status as one of the fastest-growing corporate Bitcoin holders on the planet.
Less than a year after going public through a reverse merger in September 2025, Strive now sits on roughly 24,531 BTC valued at nearly $1.9B, making it the fifth-largest public corporate holder of Bitcoin. According to CEO Matt Cole, reaching this milestone is not a destination but rather a waypoint.
Strive's accumulation machine has been purchasing large quantities of BTC weekly, with the most recent week ending September 4, 2026, seeing the company acquire 1,375 BTC for around $109M. The funding engine behind these purchases is SATA, a perpetual preferred stock instrument yielding a 13% annualized dividend.
This financing framework channels outside capital directly into Bitcoin purchases, allowing Strive to accumulate its large position without diluting common shareholders through traditional equity raises. Investors who buy SATA receive a 13% yield, while Strive gets cash to purchase more BTC.
