Strive's SATA Funds Nine Straight Days of Bitcoin Buys Amid Declining Corporate Demand

Strive's Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock (SATA) has been buying Bitcoin for nine straight days, despite a decline in corporate demand. The company's preferred stock has raised enough money to fund these purchases, with the most recent buy being 104 BTC at an average price of $79,431.

The spot market price of Bitcoin is around $77,000, but Strive paid more due to fees and costs included in its purchase. This trend is significant because corporate balance sheets have become essential for Bitcoin demand, but the number of buyers has sharply decreased.

Strive's CEO Matthew Cole described SATA as 'a true zero-to-one innovation' that pays cash dividends every business day at an annual rate of 13.00%. The company's strategy is to convert Bitcoin collateral into a yield-generating investment through preferred equity, which enables it to raise permanent capital without dilution or debt refinancing risks.
