Strive's SATA Preferred Stock Raises $6 Million to Acquire 75 BTC
Strive Asset Management's SATA perpetual preferred stock has raised significant capital in its first hour of trading, enough to purchase 75 BTC. This development follows Strive's recent acquisition of 1,110 BTC for its treasury.
The firm's decision to issue a perpetual preferred stock allows investors to gain exposure to Bitcoin without directly holding the asset. SATA's structure combines features of equity and debt, paying fixed dividends with no maturity date.
Strive now holds over 1,185 BTC in its treasury, valued at approximately $50 million at current prices. This places Strive among the more active corporate Bitcoin holders, though still behind industry leaders like MicroStrategy and Tesla.
