SUI Group Posts $18.9M Net Loss as Digital Asset Volatility Bites
SUI Group reported its second-quarter results, which showed a net loss of $18.9 million, or $0.23 per share, compared to a profit of about $677,000 in Q2 2025.
The company's revenue and other income rose to $1.2 million, up 26.6% from the same period last year, but was offset by non-cash losses on digital assets and receivables of $16.6 million.
Management emphasized that costs have fallen about 50% over the past 12 months, but noted that the company's shift towards a model centered on digital assets, ecosystem investments, and treasury management makes earnings more volatile.
The stock slipped 2.36% in after-hours trading to $0.879, leaving it near the bottom of its 52-week range of $0.83 to $8.66.
