SUI Group Holdings has entered into an uncollateralized agreement with Bluefin Markets, lending them 6 million SUI tokens. The loan runs through September 30, 2028, and allows Bluefin to reuse the assets and pay a share of their revenue to SUI Group.

The arrangement gives SUI Group a fee of 11% of qualifying revenue from Bluefin and associated companies. However, no details have been disclosed about the revenue base needed for Bluefin to compensate for the increased counterparty and liquidity risk.

SUI Group's management-defined non-GAAP NAV calculation puts market capitalization at 0.72 times company-calculated net asset value, implying a 28.4% discount as of August 3. However, this gap narrowed slightly on August 6 to a 24.5% discount according to the company's results filing.
