Sui Network Surges Past Rivals with Unprecedented Growth
Sui Network has emerged as one of the top 10 altcoins by market capitalization in May, according to recent data. The platform is generating more than 1 million new wallet addresses daily, which represents over 80% of total daily active addresses.
This level of activity surpasses that of BNB Chain, despite Sui's smaller market capitalization. Daily trading volume on Sui's decentralized exchanges has consistently exceeded $400 million throughout 2025, and the stablecoin market cap on Sui has doubled since January to over $900 million.
The network's explosive growth began in mid-February when new address creation started rising sharply. Institutional investment into Sui has reportedly surpassed that of competitor Solana, according to recent analysis.
