Superhero Integrates Crypto Trading with Robinhood's Bitstamp
Superhero has launched Superhero Crypto, allowing Australian investors to trade digital assets alongside equities and manage their broader investment portfolio in one app.
The service is powered by Bitstamp's infrastructure through a Crypto-as-a-Service model and charges a 0.10% transaction fee across supported cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), XRP, and others, subject to minimum order requirements of A$10 or US$10.
The partnership between Superhero and Bitstamp reflects a broader shift in Australian investing, where brokers are adding digital assets to traditional investments. While this makes crypto easier to access and monitor, it's essential for investors to review the custody arrangements, withdrawal terms, applicable fees, and risk disclosures before trading.
