Swissquote Lowers Revenue Forecast on Crypto Slump

Share

Swissquote reported its highest ever client assets for the first half of 2026, at $118.4 billion, a significant increase of 19.8% from the same period last year.

The online banking group's traditional financial instruments helped to offset a sharp decline in crypto revenue, which plummeted by 66.2% to nearly $18 million.

This downturn led management to lower its full-year revenue forecast to $897 million, down from $934 million, and revise its pre-tax profit target downward to approximately $449 million from $473 million.
