T. Rowe Price Files Amended Registration Statement for Cryptocurrency ETF

T. Rowe Price has filed an amended registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for its planned actively managed cryptocurrency ETF.

The fund, called the Price Active Crypto ETF, aims to give investors exposure to digital assets through a standard brokerage account.

The filing lists a broad universe of potential holdings, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, Cardano, AVAX, Litecoin, Polkadot, Dogecoin, HBAR, Bitcoin Cash, Chainlink, Stellar (XLM), Shiba Inu, and SUI.
