TermMax Secures Strategic Investment from YZi Labs to Boost On-Chain Bond Market
TermMax, a fixed-rate lending protocol developed by Term Structure Labs, has received a strategic investment from YZi Labs. The amount of the investment was not disclosed. This is part of YZi Labs' EASY Residency Season 3, which selected TermMax for funding.
TermMax has already raised more than $8 million in its seed round and other investments. Its backers include Cumberland DRW, HashKey Capital, Decima Fund, Longling Capital, and MZ Web3 Fund.
The protocol has been live on mainnet since April 2025 and operates across 10 EVM-compatible chains with 60 fixed-rate markets and 40 strategy vaults. It also has tens of millions of dollars in total value locked and over 1.5 million registered wallets.
Jerry Li, Co-founder and CEO of TermMax, stated that the goal is not to teach traditional institutions about DeFi but to allow it to grow into something professional enough to serve finance.
