Tether, Fasanara Unveil $400M Private Credit Fund with Ambitious $3B Target
Tether and Fasanara Capital have launched StableFund, a private credit fund that aims to target $3 billion in third-party institutional capital. The fund has been backed by $400 million in co-investment from the two sponsors.
Fasanara will act as the investment manager, deploying capital through its fintech lending network. The strategy is designed to fund small and medium-sized businesses and consumer lending through short-duration, asset-backed instruments originated by fintech platforms in over 60 countries.
Tether will provide USDT-linked origination and settlement infrastructure for the fund. This includes sourcing USDT-linked financing opportunities and providing stablecoin infrastructure for settlement, on- and off-ramp connectivity, and treasury-rail integration.
