Tether Partners with Nairobi Securities Exchange on Tokenized Securities
Tether has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Nairobi Securities Exchange to explore tokenized securities and blockchain-based market infrastructure.
The two parties aim to review ways to issue and trade tokenized securities using Tether's tokenization platform, Hadron.
They will also assess an instant settlement mechanism for tokenized securities and examine whether USDT can be used as a digital payment infrastructure within Kenya's regulatory framework.
