Tether Powers Real Estate Tokenization in Saudi Arabia with Vision 2030 Partnership
Tether's Hadron platform has entered into a partnership with First Data and BKN301 to tokenize real estate in Saudi Arabia, aligning with the kingdom's Vision 2030 economic diversification plan. The company behind USDT, the stablecoin with a market cap of over $183 billion, is supplying the tokenization technology for this initiative.
The roles are divided among the partners: First Data acts as issuer and lead market operator, converting Saudi real estate holdings into digital tokens on Hadron's rails. BKN301 handles banking connectivity, front-end orchestration, and integrating Hadron directly into First Data's existing systems.
Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino stated that real-world asset tokenization 'will redefine the financial industry, making global assets more liquid, accessible, secure, and scalable.'
